Bilateral division of the spermatic duct that sperm from the testicle to the urethra (Vas Deferens).
Our surgical group does this surgery as a minor procedure day case through a fine scrotal approach under local anesthesia that will be closed with absorbable sutures.
Varicocele
Removal of dilated tortuous testicular veins as a part of male infertility treatment or because of sense of heaviness and dragging pain in the scrotum.
Our surgical group does varicocelectomy surgery either through neck of scrotum, inguinal canal approach or upper retroperitoneal route, each way according to the indication of the surgery.
We recommend a surgical interference according to the type of indication (male infertility or sense of testicular heaviness), degree of varicocele (I, II, III, IV) and associated pathology as (Hydrocele, Inguinal hernia, Undescended testes, testicular tumor).
Testicular hydrocele
We recommend a surgical interference according to the type of indication (primary or secondary) and associated pathology as (Hydrocele, Inguinal hernia, Undescended testes, testicular tumor).
Undescended testes
